Fynex offers three plans to match your organization's needs. Each plan determines how communication channels are managed and billed.

Credential Modes

Managed by Fynex (all plans)

Fynex handles all provider accounts (Twilio, ElevenLabs, Resend) on your behalf. You:

  • Purchase phone numbers directly from the Fynex UI
  • Configure voice agents without accessing ElevenLabs
  • Set up email domains without a Resend account
  • Receive a single unified invoice from Fynex

This is the default mode and requires no external account setup.

Bring Your Own Provider — BYOP (Custom plan only)

On the Custom plan, your organization can connect its own provider accounts:

  • Twilio: Use your own Account SID and Auth Token for SMS, Voice, and WhatsApp
  • ElevenLabs: Use your own API Key for voice AI agents
  • Resend: Use your own API Key for transactional email

In BYOP mode, you pay providers directly — Fynex does not charge for provider usage.

TIP

BYOP mode is configured by the Fynex team through the admin backoffice. Contact your account manager to set up BYOP credentials.

Changing Your Plan

Plan changes are managed by the Fynex team. Contact sales or your account manager to:

  • Upgrade from Starter to Professional
  • Upgrade to Custom (enables BYOP)
  • Adjust usage limits or billing terms

Usage Tracking

All plans include usage tracking in Settings > Usage. You can see:

  • Voice calls made
  • SMS segments sent
  • WhatsApp messages sent
  • Emails sent

For Managed organizations, estimated costs are displayed alongside usage.
