Audit Log
The Audit Log provides a complete, immutable record of every action, configuration change, and system event in your organization.
Viewing Events
The audit log shows events in reverse chronological order. Each entry includes:
- Timestamp — When the event occurred.
- Event type — What kind of action was performed.
- User — Who triggered the event (or "System" for automated actions).
- Details — Specific information about what changed.
Event Types
| Event | Description |

| Config Change | Organization settings were modified |
| Strategy Activated | A strategy was enabled |
| Strategy Edited | Strategy parameters were changed |
| Portfolio Upload | Accounts were imported |
| Status Change | An account status was updated |
| Promise Created | A new payment promise was registered |
| Promise Edited | A promise status or details were changed |
| Escalation Taken | An operator took ownership of an escalated case |
| Escalation Resolved | An escalated case was resolved |
| Channel Error | A dispatch attempt failed due to a provider error |
| User Login | A team member signed in |
| User Logout | A team member signed out |
Filtering
- Event type — Filter to show only specific event types.
- User — Filter by the team member who triggered the action.
- Date range — Set start and end dates.
Exporting
Click Export CSV to download the filtered audit log. This is useful for compliance reporting and external audits.
TIP
Audit records are immutable — they cannot be edited or deleted. This ensures a reliable audit trail for regulatory compliance.
