Dashboard

The Dashboard is your operations control center. It shows key performance indicators, charts, and recent activity across all your campaigns.

KPI Cards

At the top of the dashboard you'll find these metrics:

MetricWhat it shows
Active AccountsNumber of accounts currently being managed
Total ManagedTotal monetary value of all active accounts
RecoveredAmount successfully recovered
Pending BalanceOutstanding balance across all accounts
Active PromisesPayment promises that are still within their due date
Overdue PromisesPromises that have passed their due date without payment
Effective ContactsInteractions where the debtor responded or engaged
EscalatedCases currently in the escalation queue

Filtering

Use the campaign dropdown at the top right to filter all KPIs and charts by a specific campaign. Select "All campaigns" to see the full picture.

Charts

Contact Evolution

A 14-day line chart showing daily contacts and effective responses. Use this to spot trends in agent activity and debtor engagement.

Account Status Distribution

Pie chart breaking down your accounts by status (new, pending contact, auto management, active conversation, promise active, paid, escalated, etc.).

Metrics by Channel

Bar chart comparing delivery, response, and failure rates across WhatsApp, voice, email, and SMS.

Metrics by Strategy

Bar chart showing how each strategy performs in terms of contacts and responses.

Activity Feed

The bottom section shows the most recent interactions across all channels in chronological order, including the channel used, the result, and a brief summary.

TIP

The activity feed updates in real time as agents make contact. You don't need to refresh the page.
